three options available

my studio

My home studio is in Eustis, Florida. Some families choose to wait in the car during the lesson, while others make themselves at home in the living room. I also have a sunroom complete with Legos and Play-Doh for those with siblings who need a place to play. Oh, and come ready to say hi to my small dog, Ahsoka!

your home

I travel to the surrounding area and will teach in your home. If Eustis is a little too far for you or you just don’t feel like loading all the kids in the car again, this is a great option.

virtual

Virtual lessons are used as an alternative when sickness prevents travel.  I use RockOutLoud.Live for all virtual lessons, including the occasional group lesson. Click here for setup instructions.

Piano or keyboard

Do you need to have a piano in order to take lessons? The short answer is no. Keyboards are sufficient for practice, however, a piano is always preferred. There are several differences between a piano and keyboard. One of those differences is the ability to play different dynamics – that is, learning how to play loudly and softly. Budget friendly keyboards are unable to do this.

  • If you do not have room for a full size piano or you would rather wait to invest, click this link for a beginning option I recommend
  • If you are ready to take the leap, I would be happy to discuss with you other options available or give advice on how to shop for a piano.
